A delegation led by Ulugbek Uzakov, deputy governor of Kashkadarya region in Uzbekistan, visited Win-all Hi-tech Seed Co., Ltd. in east China's Anhui Province on Dec. 19, 2023. The two sides engaged in extensive discussions and exchanges regarding the enhancement of agricultural cooperation.

Uzakov praised Win-all Hi-tech Seed for its accomplishments in agricultural technology, saying the Kashkadarya region is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation with Anhui in the agricultural sector.

He also conveyed the region's willingness to assist in the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and welcomed investments from Win-all Hi-tech Seed. These efforts are expected to contribute to the growth of the local agricultural and rural sectors.

The representatives from Win-all Hi-tech Seed. confirmed the company's commitment to utilizing its resource advantages, strengthening the foundation of cooperation, and collectively contributing to the development of Uzbekistan's agricultural economy.

The two sides signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement focusing on the cotton seed industry. The agreement entails collaboration in various areas, including cotton seed research, production, sales, and enhancing the efficiency of the industry chain.

Uzbekistan is located in the heartland of Central Asia, and the foundation of cooperation and exchange between China and Uzbekistan is solid.

In 2020, Win-all Hi-tech Seed initiated its regional strategic expansion in Central Asia, with a particular focus on the seed industry, specifically in cotton and maize. Since 2022, the company has been conducting initial screening of crop varieties, including maize and cotton, in Uzbekistan, and has achieved encouraging results.
